Take some time for yourself...
Mindfulness can have many different definitions as demonstrated by any internet search engine and also recent media coverage.
“Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training”
However, for me, I like to purely refer to it as time to drop an anchor and be present at the exact moment.
This is something I personally find beneficial at busy and stressful times to just take a few moments and find clarity.
Mindfulness coaching is beneficial to all and is something that in today's fast pace of life really does help to reduce stress and anxiety.
